I can see for miles….
Rough art for SOLID GOLD DEATH MASK which is slowly taking shape again…
This year has been full of car crashes, family tragedies and odd life events… but through it all, my close friends and family have stood together, helped each other, and shown me how lucky I am.
I’m happy that we’ll have stuff to show in the new year… and some new games afoot too!
Back to Scribbling!!!

ROUGH CUTSsssss
Just to prove I’m managing to get a little work done here in NZ, while visiting My Dad (who’s unfortunately ill)… some more thumbnails for SOLID GOLD DEATH MASK.
Had a lot to do in between hospital visits and stuff, so work has been sporadic, and it’s been tough to stay focussed.
We’ve been really lucky though… our family have all rallied together, and be so supportive. <3
It’s also given me the opportunity to find all my art from the fanzines and punk posters I did when I was a kid… so when I get home, I’m going to scan them and try and put a book together with my old Zine mates as a collection.
I’ve managed to get out to Auckland art gallery, and loved the inflatable ceiling flowers, the zoo, where I walked around looking like a member of Al Queda, as I hid from the sun… and drinks with my buddies Dylan Horrocks, Chris Slane, Ben Stenbeck, Ant Sang, and Lars Cawley! It was so great to see all these talented lovely guys again. I’m fucking lucky to have such great friends.
Thanks to all my friends back home in London too, especially Sofie and Lucy who are babysitting Ripley, my cat! <3
I’d best get scribbling!

Thank you Everyone for an amazing show at the MCM Expo! Thanks to the Organisers, volunteers, all the incredible Cosplayers, fans and supporters!
This was the first show that Sofie Dodgson and I have done together to promote SOLID GOLD DEATH MASK our upcoming book from 3A! Sofie’s writing the story with me.
We also signed a whole bunch of Tank Girl stuff (Sofie worked with me on We hate Tank Girl and Bad Wind Rising) and met some amazing Tank Girls and Jet Girls!
Thanks everyone for your support and kindness… we met so many cool people!
Now getting ready for THOUGHT BUBBLE Comic Con in Leeds in a few weeks (16-18 Nov.)… see you all there!
Over and out…..
WE’RE GONNA FUCK YOU UP!
Sofie Dodgson and I will be at the MCM EXPO from Friday the 26th til Sunday the 28th of October at the Excel Centre in London’s Docklands!!
We’ll have some SOLID GOLD DEATH MASK prints and Tank Girl books to sign and sketch, and I’ll be doing commission sketches as well.
I’ve also done 4 Limited Edition A4 size Giclee prints especially for the show. They’ll be £20 each, or £60 for the set of 4!
Only available at the show (and Thought Bubble in November if there’s any left!)
Come along and say hello, we’ll be at Table A2, in the Comics Village, inside the MCM EXPO!
See you there!!

IAN CURTIS LIVES….
When I lived in Wellington… Just outside the Polytech was inscribed IAN CURTIS LIVES… so when I cam e to illustrate this for TANK GIRL - THE GIFTING, I thought I’d pay a little homage to my favourite graffito…
This piece was coloured by Ashley Wood, who I did the series with!
♥ Thanks Wellington xxxxx
